Today's Thought: FAITH DYNAMICS 3 (Expectation)!

      "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them , and ye shall have them" (Mark 11:24 KJV).

Faith is not just mere confession but it is a great possession in God, that delivers your desires. Faith is putting the Word of God to work in other to see the work of faith. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God; but works by putting the Word of God to work. Faith works wonders and it's outcomes infuse it's possessor restful confidence. The authentic capital proof of faith is restful confidence; which connotes expectation from God. What you don't expect, you may not experience. The woman with the issue of blood for 12 years, got her miracle from Jesus, through her expectation: "For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole" (Matthew 9:21 KJV). She had a specific expectation.

Meanwhile, the faith that works, is the faith with specific expectation from God only. You need to be full of specific expectation in order to experience your heart desires from God. It is expectation that stirs a believer into action, before receiving from God. Today's scripture says: "what things soever ye desire, when ye pray". This implies that faith only delivers your specific desire; if there is no specific desire from God, faith will have no specific delivery from God. Stop playing religion: tell God your specific desire. If it is job, let Him know exact job; if it is marital partner, be specific of your desires. Stop saying: God bless me; say the specific blessing that you desire. Let your expectation be specific, then take it to God in prayers, and it shall be delivered. The Word of faith full of expression, without a defined expectation will end in definite frustration. Be specifically expectant and expressive of your heart desires to God; in order to secure the delivery! Specific expectation secures speedy delivery by faith.

MUDDY BUT NOT MOODY!

Most of the times, we allow what is happening around us to determine what happens within us; but true joy is not dependent on the outside but on the inside. Beautiful environment does not guarantee joyful heart; but it is the state of the heart and not the earth that does. Joy comes from within, and it is due to the state of the heart. The scripture says: "A merry heart does good like a medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones" (Proverbs 17:22).

In life, there are challenges, confrontations, situations and predicaments that come to one's way, but you can choose your disposition concerning them. You may not be able to change the situation, but you can choose your disposition. "You may find yourself in a muddy environment and choose not to be moody". How? By taking charge of your heart. If you take charge of your heart, your heart can put you in charge of what happens to you, on the earth.

Limitation lives only in our minds, but we can renew our minds with the Word of God, to make our possibilities become limitless. It takes what is going on in your mind to control what is going on around you or to you. The Word of God has the capacity to empower our minds to dominate our world. The scripture says: "Thy Words were found and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart:......" (Jeremiah 15:16). The joy generated by the Word of God will always put one in command of every situation in life. It takes joy also, to draw waters from the wells of salvation (Isaiah 12:3). The Joy of the Lord, is your strength (Neh. 8:10).

Therefore, the prevailing situation notwithstanding, if the joy of the Lord is within you, you will always prevail. Even though you are in a tattered muddy house; covered with mud on your body, if your heart is renewed by the Word, you cannot be moody. Joy is not determined by the status of your environment, but by the state of your mind.

Today's Thought: FAITH DYNAMICS 2 (Expression)!

      "But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach" (Romans 10:8 KJV).

Faith is a spiritual force with unlimited capacity to produce. We discovered yesterday that the entrance of faith which paves way for the exit of fear; is the first process of the faith in God. You may find yourself in a situation that looks insurmountable; but Jesus assured us that if we have faith in God, we can speak to any mountain to move and it will move (Mark 11:23). According to that scripture, you shall have whatsoever you say; and if you say nothing, you have nothing. Many people are waiting on God to move their mountains, but God is also watching to hear them say whatsoever they want.

It takes speaking the Word of faith to see the works of faith. If you won't say the words of faith, you won't see the works of faith. To your finances, your business, your marital destiny, your career, your children and all your endeavours; it takes expressing the words of faith from your mouth to experience the works of faith, concerning the areas that changes are desired, in your life. Let the word of faith proceeds from your heart to your mouth, in order to see the works of faith. The place of faith is not the head but the heart, where it can proceeds out of the mouth. Jesus said: "for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks" (Matthew 12:34). Head filled faith is an inactive faith, but the heart filled faith is the active faith. Your miracle is tied to your mouth; don't stop saying it, until you see it. The Word impression in the heart without the Word expression from the mouth, will lead to depression of the mind. It takes the expression of the words of faith to experience the works of faith in life.

Ponder on this: The Expression of the Word of Faith Determines the Experience of the Work of Faith in Life!

Today's Thought: FAITH DYNAMICS 1 (Enterance)!

      "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17 KJV).

Faith is not an option for a believer, faith is a must; 'for the just shall live by his faith' (Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 1:17). This implies that: faith is the life blood of the saints, which contains, carries and supplies all the needs of the body like the provisions, protections and productions. Same way 'the life of the flesh is in the blood' (Leviticus 17:11); the life of a believer is in his/her faith: according to the scriptures. Faith is a spiritual force with unlimited spiritual impacts. Faith is not just a force; faith is a progressive force with a tremendous, audacious and awesome changes in the lives of the believers. Faith is also an intangible force from the Word, producing tangible proofs in the world. Meanwhile, we must understand that: faith is dynamic and not static. Faith dynamics therefore, is the progressive processes of faith from start to the end results.

The dynamism of faith is very important to living by faith. Now let us examine the processes: 1. ENTERANCE OF FAITH: From Today's scripture, we discovered that there is a point, when faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. This connotes that: "the Enterance of the Word of God is the Entrance of the Faith in God". Faith in God, is the faith with unlimited possibilities in life. The Enterance of the Word of God, is the enterance of the power of God, because the Word of God is the power of God (Hebrews 1:3). The enterance of faith is impossible, without the enterance of the Word of God. The enterance of the Word of God is impossible also, without the attention to the Word of God (Proverbs 4:20-22). This means that: there can be no Word injection without the Word attention. So, if you want to live by faith, you must live by giving attention to the Word of God daily. Until faith comes, power doesn't come; and until power comes, possibility is not available. The Word of God makes power for unlimited possibilities available to the believers.

Ponder on this: The Enterance of Faith Paves the Way, for the Exit of Fear in the Believers!

Remember: THE ENTERANCE OF FAITH IS IMPOSSIBLE, WITHOUT THE ENTERANCE OF THE WORD OF GOD. THE ENTERANCE OF THE WORD OF GOD IS IMPOSSIBLE ALSO, WITHOUT THE ATTENTION TO THE WORD OF GOD! Have a glorious week.

Today's Thought: GODLINESS FOR GREAT GAIN!

      "But godliness with contentment is great gain" (1 Timothy 6:6 KJV).

Nobody ventures into any business with no profit at all. It will amount into a waste of energy, time and resources. Everyone will like to be part of a very profitable ventures. Life is a venture: your investment determines your profit thereof. How and what you invest into life, will determine how and what you gain in life. If you invest into flesh, you reap from it; if you invest into your spirit, you will gain spiritually etc. What you sow is what you reap in life. From Today's scripture, we understood that, godliness with contentment is great gain. What a great venture? Godliness is God likeness; operating and living just the way that aligns with God's way. Walking in God's will; acting in God's way and living to please God, in all ramifications in life.

It is not just about the talk, but about the walk in life. It is not so much about what we say, but in what we do. God is love; so walking in love, is walking in God. Showing love is an act of Godliness. No wonder, the scripture summed - up the whole law in one: Love God with all your being and love your neighbours as yourself. Therefore, to be Godly we must know the will, way and mind of God through His Word. The Word of God, is the mind of God, and the Holy Bible is the mind of God in print. To know and walk in Godliness, is made possible via the Word of God. The Word of God is the standard for Godliness, anything short of this: is ungodliness. Contentment is the pointer to Godliness: You cannot be Godly and not be contented. Contentment is appreciating the now, in full assurance of the best later. It is an attribute of Godliness. It is a great gain in this life and in eternity with Christ!

Ponder on this: Godliness is the Great Price for the Great Gain in Life and Beyond!

Today's Thought: GOD'S WORD IN MY HEART!

      "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee" (Psalm 119:11 KJV).

Sin is a sinker of destiny; so sin sinks, Samson in the Bible, will bear witness. Sin stinks; the Word says: God cannot behold sin. Sin separates us from God (Isaiah 59:2). Sin can bring sickness: many a time Jesus said, to the people he healed; according to the scripture: 'go and sin no more', or 'your sins are forgiven you'. Sin hinders prayers from being answered (Psalm 66:18 KJV: "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me"). What then is sin? "All unrighteousness is sin" (1 John 5:17).

Anything different from what is right based on God's Word, is unrighteousness. It does not matter who is for it, sin is sin, and it does not matter, who is against it, righteousness is righteousness. Someone may claim: but grace covers my sins. The scriptures says: "....Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound, God forbid" (Romans 6:1). "Sin shall no more have dominion over you", says the scripture (Romans 6:14). You are created for dominion (Genesis 1:26), and what can validate the dominion is the Word of God. Morality or normality does not equals right; right is right. That everybody is for it does not mean God is for it, and if God is against it, it is not right. It is the Word of God that reveals the righteousness of God to us, from faith to faith (Romans 1:17). If you don't want to commit sin, hid the Word of God in your heart, it will keep sins away, because sin is first processed in the heart before it manifests on the earth.

Ponder on this: If You Hid God's Word in Your Heart, There will be No Place for Sin to Hide!

Today's Thought: FOUND WORD ACTIVATES JOY!

      "Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts" (Jeremiah 15:16 KJV).

There is a special joy that comes, whenever you take a very chilled drink, after a thirst. The same experience comes from, finding the right Word for our situations, it activates joy and rejoicing of the heart. The scriptures says in Nehemiah 8:10b: "for the joy of the Lord is your strenght". You experience unusual energy from the Word. Why? The Word of God is the power of God, and an encounter with the Word is an encounter with the power of God; the power of God generates the wonders of God. You cannot stay with the Word and remain the same. Simply because the Word of God increases us in strenght, as we appear before Him (the Word), according to Psalm 84:7.

More so, the Word of God changes us from glory to glory, as we behold Him, in the mirror of His Word (2 Corinthians 3:18). Time with the Word of God, is a moment of joy, according to Today's scripture. How then do we encounter the joy? It is by finding the Word, but only those that seek find. It is finding the right Word for your situation that results in joy; and engaging the right Word culminates in testimonies for rejoicing. Therefore, finding and eating the right Word activates joy and rejoicing in your heart, and joy is the channel to accessing waters of wonders from the wells of salvation (Isaiah 12:3); testimonies that follow bring rejoicing. So cultivate the habit of finding and engaging the right Word, for joy and rejoicing daily.

Ponder on this: Finding and Engaging God's Word Activates Joy and Rejoicing in the Believers!
