DAILY DOMINION!

Today's Thought: MAN IN GOD'S IMAGE AND LIKENESS!

"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth" (Genesis 1:26 KJV).

When God made all things in the beginning, He made them in their kinds; but when it comes to the man, He made them in God's kind. It was the effect of the man's fall in the beginning, that turned them to human kind. The humiliated form of man is the human kind. Today's Text gives us the original intent of God for man's creation. According to the scripture, from the 3rd verse of the above chapter till the end; two things were common - 'God said; and God saw'.

Everything that God said; He saw that it was good, because it was so. God always sees good and that's why He says good to see good. If it's not good, it's not God, because only good is associated with Him. As believers, redeemed of God, we have become new creations, to see like God sees and speak like He speaks. God never speak evil, never speak bad but good. Every believer, who is filled with the Holy Spirit of God; must see good in everything and everyone; must speak good of everything and everyone. This is the way we can experience and enjoy peace with God and man. May God give us understanding to be peace agents on the earth. Shalom!

DAILY DOMINION!

Today's Thought: THE REASON FOR OUR REIGNING!

"To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God" (Acts 1:3 KJV)

When the purpose of a thing is not known, the abuse is inevitable. Christ resurrection was to establish the reason for our reigning in life as kings and priests. He was not alive for Himself but for the believers; He did not rise for Himself but for us to be raised far above principalities and power. If He's not risen, there's no reason for our reigning. But thank be to God for the power of resurrection that restored the Kingdom of God. According to Today's Text: He shewed himself by many infallible proofs in forty days for one reason - 'Kingdom Restoration'.

That's why the disciples asked Him: "...Lord, will you at this time restore again the Kingdom to Israel?" (verse 6). The resurrection restored the Kingdom of God; the pentecost positioned the believers for dominion; and our communion with the Resident Holy Spirit makes us the commanders of dominion over all life issues. No matter what you are facing or going through in life, know this: it is your communion with the Resident Holy Spirit that you need to reign over the issue (s). Wake up everyday and be: Spirit Conscious; Spirit Connected; and Spirit Commander. Don't pray in hope but command in faith and all your desires shall be delivered; because your dominion is restored by Christ resurrection. Shalom!

Today's Thought: POWER TO GET WEALTH!

"But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day" (Deuteronomy 8:18 KJV).

The covenant of the commonwealth of Zion is for all the citizens of God's Kingdom. Power to get wealth is from God and accessible by all. What God gives is not wealth but power to get wealth. He empowers everyone and leaves the responsibility of getting the wealth unto individual. Our God is not only interested in our healthy state, but also in our wealthy status. God was given the Israelites their new status of wealthy living, as they comply with His Word to them. Although He sent them food daily in the wilderness, He was telling them that they are not designed for absolute dependency on God but they are destined for covenant responsibility with God.

However, God's part of the covenant is to give power to get wealth, but your own part is to put the power to work and get wealth; based on your level of engagement of the power. Praying, from now till eternity coupled with fasting, won't get you wealth but power for wealth. God empowers us for wealth; by giving us ideas, imaginations, wisdom, talents, opportunities, connections and time; through the Resident Holy Spirit. All we need to do is to be conscious of the Resident Holy Spirit in us; get connected with Him and be empowered for wealth. He does not only empowers us but also leads; guides, instructs, directs, comforts, teaches us all things pertaining to life and godliness. Until you are Spirit Conscious, Empowerment Focused and Commonwealth Minded; your chances of getting wealth might be slim. Shalom !

Ponder on this: God Gives Power to Get Wealth, But You Must Put The Power to Work and Get Wealth!

DAILY DOMINION!

Today's Thought: YOU ARE IN THE SPIRIT!

      "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his" (Romans 8:9 KJV).

Every believer, who is in Christ, is ordained to live in the Spirit of God and not in the flesh. That is why the scripture says:"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17). The old things that passed away in a new creation in Christ is the flesh or self. We must be Spirit conscious of our new life in Christ. You are expected to walk in the newness of life, not in the flesh but in the Spirit.

In other words, as we live with our senses interacting with our environment; same way, we must be Spirit conscious of our spiritual realm. The spiritual controls the physical. You cannot see your thoughts and your words but they are part of you. Before you stand, sit or sleep, you thought of it first, before you bring it to action. You thought of taking a drink first, before you do it. In the realm of the spirit, there are two opposing kingdoms: the Kingdom of light (Knowledge) and the kingdom of darkness (ignorance). Therefore, it is pertinent for a believer to live by The Spirit of God in him or her; so that he or she can dominate every issue of life. For your spirit to be alive to the Spirit of God in you, you must feed on the Word of God. The Word of God is Spirit and life, which empowers us for our unquestionable dominion over the kingdom of darkness. Shalom!

Ponder on this: A Believer's Life is in The Spirit and Must Live a Spirit Conscious Life; For Dominion in The World!

DAILY DOMINION!

Today's Thought: BE SPIRITUALLY MINDED!

      "For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace" (Romans 8:6 KJV).

Be careful what you think! For as a man thinks, so is he. Your thoughts affect your decisions and actions; your decisions and actions repeatedly form your habit, then your habits become your character. Your character defines who you are. From Today's Text: a carnal mind that is being controlled by senses is dead and not alive to the things of God; but a spiritual mind tends to the things of the Spirit. Life and death are in the power of the tongue but the tongue is just the output device for the input of the mind. What the mind processes is what the mouth professes.

Meanwhile, to enjoy life to the fullness and experience peace like a river, a believer must be spiritually minded. It means that the mind must be controlled by the Spirit. The mind cannot be controlled by the Spirit, unless it is being renewed by the Word of God. As you subject your mind to daily renewal by the Word of God, you will be spiritually minded. Believers are not called to be spiritual but to be spiritually minded. A man can be spiritual physically and be carnally minded, if the mind is not being renewed. This is being religious by acting it outwardly but not godly in deeds. Thinking evil, talking evil, behaving wickedly are characteristics of being carnally minded. The gateway to life and peace is being spiritually minded. Shalom!

DAILY DOMINION!

Today's Thought: THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT!

      "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death" (Romans 8:2 KJV)

A believer's life is a life in the Holy Spirit. Without Him, there's no life in Christ. The life that we live in Christ is lived in the Spirit, by the Spirit and through the Spirit. A branch of a tree does not live in isolation but in association with the the life in the main stem, anchored by the root firmly in the ground. Believers are rooted and grounded in love (Ephesians 3:17). The great love of God is what holds us firm in God and His Kingdom. Jesus Christ came to the world, as the evidence and proof of the Love of God sent to the world; ordained to be shown to the world by the believers.

The love of God is the law of the Spirit of life; and it is shed abroad in our hearts, by the Holy Spirit, resident in us (Romans 5:5). As we embrace the life in the Spirit, we become like Christ, showing love to the world. The solution to the world of sin and death is tabernacle in us as believers; but only as we walk after the Spirit can the world experience the true law of liberty from sin and death, which is the love of God. As we go about our normal life in the world, the onus lies on us: the rediscovery of true love from the Word of God; for the true love to be shared to the world, by the Holy Spirit, the Resident Governor of God's Kingdom within us (Luke 17:20-21). Shalom!

Ponder on this: The Law of The Spirit, For Living The Life in The Spirit; is The Love of God, Shed Abroad in The Believers Hearts!

Remember: THE SOLUTION TO THE WORLD OF SIN AND DEATH, IS RESIDENT IN US AS BELIEVERS; BUT ONLY AS WE WALK AFTER THE SPIRIT CAN THE WORLD EXPERIENCE THE TRUE LIBERTY FROM SIN AND DEATH, WHICH IS THE LOVE OF GOD. Do Have a Glorious Day.
