Today's Thought: GENERATING DELIGHT TO DO GOD'S WILL!

      "I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart" (Psalm 40:8 KJV).

God's will must be done on the earth, as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). Jesus taught us to pray for this. But why? They obey and do His will in heaven and that's why there is peace in heaven. Jesus said: "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 7:21 KJV). Doing God's will is a ticket to heaven, no more no less. What is the will of my Father? It is 'Righteousness' as revealed by faith in the Word (Romans 1:17). Making it to heaven should be the goal of every believer. For what shall it profit a man, if he gained the whole world and lose his own soul, what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? The only guarantee for making heaven, according to the scripture is doing the will of God from the heart.

According to Today's scripture: the Word of God within the heart of a believer is what generates the delight for God's will. If there's no desire for the Word of God from the heart, there will be no delight for God's will; and if there's no delight for His will, you cannot do God's will. If you are not a doer of God's will, you will not make it to heaven. It is a choice: either to do it or shun it. Success on the earth outside God's will is the greatest failure in the Kingdom of God. Grace is not a license to go against God's will but divine enablement to do His will. Sin or unrighteousness is against God's will. Desire for more of His Word daily, because His Word empowers us to do His will delightsomely. May God grant us deeper understanding, in Jesus Christ name.

Ponder on this: God's Word Within the Believer's Heart Generates the Delight to Do God's Will on the Earth!

Today's Thought: BEHOLD TO LAY HOLD OF WONDERFUL THINGS!

      "Open my eyes [to spiritual truth] so that I may behold Wonderful things from Your law" (PSALM 119:18 AMP).

Every other words are filled with letters but God's Word is full of wonders. Every other books are packaged with stories but God's Word is packaged with mysteries. Every other words are merely information but God's Word is for transformation. The Word of God was spoken by God and gathered by His Spirit (Isaiah 34:16). The Spirit of God always performs what His Word reveals. Jesus Christ clarified it this way:"It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life" (John 6:63 KJV). The Word of God carries His Spirit and Life for the performance of the Word. The Word of God cannot fail, because of the Spirit and Life in the Word.

Meanwhile from Today's scripture; it is cleared that: until your eyes are opened you can't behold the wonderful things in the Word of God; and until you behold the wonderful things from God's Word, you cannot lay hold of the wonderful things. This is because "God upholds all things including yours, by the Word of His power" (Hebrews 1:3). He upholds your life, favour, riches, health, breakthroughs, deliverance, promotions, protections, provisions, prosperity, blessings, honour, glory, strength, might etc., by the Word of His power. In other words, accessing the Word of God is accessing those wonderful things. That's why: believers must not approach the Word of God casually, so as not to end up casually. Approach the Word with prayers; so you can access the power to behold in order to be empowered by the Spirit of the Word of God, and lay hold of the wonderful things from the Word. I pray that your eyes of understanding be opened, to behold and lay hold of your desired wonderful things from God, as you open His Word daily.

Ponder on this: Every other Words are Filled with Letters But God's Words Are Full of Wonders!

Today's Thought: SUPER-GLORIOUS CHANGE!

      "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18 KJV).

The Word of God is likened to a glass, where we behold the glory of the Lord. Every born again child of God must of necessity, look into the Word daily. Why? Our Lord said so: that we live by the Word of God (Luke 4:4). This implies that beholding the Word enhances our living in the world. According to Today's scripture: all believers, that care with an open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image. What image? The image of God of course, the scripture established the fact that we are made in God's image and after His likeness (Genesis 1:26). The image of God is a Super-glorious image and this can only be seen from the scriptures. His image is excellent, great, wonderful and beyond description.

As we behold the glory of the Lord from the Word, there's a great encounter with the Spirit of the Lord, that gives us a Super-glorious change. We are changed from: our mortality to His immortality; our humanity to His divinity; our worldliness to His Word-likeness; our sinfulness to His sinlessness; our defeat mentality to His dominion personality. Everything about us keeps changing to His own, and that is what establishes our true image (divine nature). Oh, what a super-glorious change experience by the Word of God! He is the unchangeable changer and unlimited limits lifter. He can take off that limit in your health, finance, family, career, business, etc., if you subject your life to the Super-glorious change experience of the Word of God. The Word of God won't change you less than God's image but to the same image from glory to glory. May God give us understanding for outstanding experience, in Jesus Christ's glorious name.

Ponder on this: Encounter with The Word of God Gives us a Super-glorious Change in Life!

Today's Thought: EXPERIENCING SHIELD OF DIVINE FAVOUR!

      "For thou, Lord , wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield" (Psalm 5:12 KJV).

Sweating is a curse, not everyone that sweats experience sweetness. Sweating is not synonymous to sweetness. Travailing is a curse, not everyone that travails prevail in life. So travailing is not equals to prevailing in life. But there is a great experience that can terminate sweating without sweetness; struggling without succeeding; travailing without prevailing: that great experience is the shield of Divine favour. It is good to encounter favour, better to enjoy favour but it is great to experience the shield of Divine favour in life. According to Today's scripture: God blesses only the righteous, because they live within the confine of His favour.

The scripture establishes it that: "in His favour is life" (Psalm 30:5). Everything that you and I need to live a glorious and blessed life is in God's favour, called Divine favour. Men may favour you but it won't last, only Divine favour is everlasting as long as you remain righteous in life. That means the experience of the shield of Divine favour is eternal and righteousness dependent. Righteousness is right standing with God; and Christ is our righteousness, which implies to be righteous we must be Christlike. Christ is the Word of God made flesh (real) on the earth. To be Christlike is to be Word-aligned, which is righteousness that engenders the shield of Divine favour. In other words, to love, learn and live the Word is righteousness but to love, learn and live the world way is unrighteousness. Wordlikeness is righteousness while worldliness is unrighteousness. Righteousness is the access to the shield of Divine favour: which is the key to Sweatless blessings in life. To experience the shield of Divine favour: love, learn and live the Word of God daily; it will empower you to enjoy Sweatless blessings in life.

Ponder on this: The Shield of Divine Favour is the Key to Sweatless Blessings in Life!

Today's Thought: ACTIVATING FOREVER SETTLED WORD!

      "For ever, O Lord , thy word is settled in heaven" (Psalm 119:89 KJV).

Yes, God settled His Word in heaven before we received Him on the earth. The Word of God is a person, Jesus Christ. In the time of old, God spoke differently to different people by prophets, but in this present age, the Word of God stepped down in person, so as to make it real in our lives. God perfectly packaged in His Word everything concerning Him. The Word became flesh to let us know that His Word will do what He will do, if being received in the heart. The Word does not need human aid or assistance to work on the earth, because the Word is forever settled.

However, despite the fact that the Word is settled forever in Heaven, we need to activate the effects and manifestations in our personal lives. You don't make the Word work but you only make your life the habitation for the Word; in order to experience unusual trasformation. The scripture says: "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20 KJV). So for every area of life, where we desire settlement; all we need to do is to open up our hearts to the settled Word knocking and allow the Word to establish the supernatural all round rest for us. The Word is settled in Heaven and sent to the earth for supernatural settlement, but you need to activate the Word by: receiving, believing and behaving the Word, in order to be empowered by the Word to become settled in the world.

Ponder on this: Receiving, Believing and Behaving the Forever Settled Word of God, Empowers Us to Become Supernaturally Settled in the World!

Today's Thought: HEARING GOD'S VOICE!

      "And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden" (Genesis 3:8 KJV).

Communication is a vital force in life. Without communication, there will be no interaction and if there's no interaction, there is no relationship. Relationship is in categories: we have family, friendship, corporate and divine. It could be public, private or personal. In other words life cannot be lived in an isolation, it won't make sense. Communication establishes and keeps relationships. Our relationship with God is authenticated by communication. From today's scripture, we found out that God takes delight in communication with man, as we saw in the first man at the beginning of creation. He came down to the garden in the cool of the day, so there won't be disturbance or interference in their communication. He is the same God yesterday, today and forever, He changes not (Hebrews 13:8).

They heard the voice of the Lord and so we do today as believers. Any believer that claims not to hear God, is not a true believer, because His Word is His voice to us. Let me clarify this: hearing God's voice is in levels, because He speaks to us at our levels per time. He speaks through His written Word (Holy Bible), audible voice (Rhema) to our spirit man; because God is a Spirit and we connect with Him via our spirit man. Therefore, from Today's Thought: hearing God's voice demands: (1) A relationship with Him (2) Attention to His Word (3) Quietness of the spirit man and (4) Creating time for Him in our lives. Hearing God is of great benefits in life. It guides us; guards us; gives us victory over the devil; guarantees eternal life; grants us peace; gives us access to His plan and purpose for our lives; and so numerous benefits we cannot mention, because of time frame. You cannot hear God and be confused, grounded, depressed, hopeless, duped; fail, fall, falter, suffer defeats or loss in life. Hearing God's voice is the greatest thing in life and must be treasured as such.

Ponder on this: Hearing God's Voice is of the Greatest Value in Life!

Today's Thought: ASK AND ACT NOW!

      "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us" (Ephesians 3:20 KJV).

Faith is not a new phenomenon in the Kingdom, because by it we live as the just (believers). It is the currency of the Commonwealth of Zion; and that is why it is referred to as the "Common Faith" in the scripture:"To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour" (Titus 1:4 KJV). So faith is our common currency in the Kingdom, where our salvation is a "Common Salvation" according to the scripture: "Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints" (Jude 1:3 KJV). So we have a "Common Salvation", "Commonwealth" and "Common Faith". From the three, it is by faith we live; despite the fact that the wealth is common, it is to you according to your faith not according to your salvation.

Therefore, the Kingdom Faith is a Spiritual Force for enforcing unlimited possibilities. It is both a "push" and a "pull", because by faith we push our requests to Heaven and by faith we pull our answers from the Heaven; since we are blessed in the Heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). The asking is the pushing while the receiving is pulling. Many a time, we focus on the asking and neglect the acting. Between the asking and receiving is our acting, and it is the acting that authenticates the asking from God. Don't just ask in faith but also act in faith to receive by faith. There's a contention for the faith in our hearts, that determines the delivery of our faith on the earth. That's why the scripture urges us to fight the good fight of faith (1 Timothy 6:16). The fight is about thoughts and only the Word of God can win the battle for us, because it is quick and powerful (Hebrews 4:12). Meanwhile, only those who fill their hearts with the Word of God experience Daily Dominion by the Word. You will not lose in life, in Jesus Christ name; but you must Ask and Act Now!
