DAILY DOMINION!
Today's Thought: ACCESSING THE PREVAILING POWER!
"And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13 KJV).
It was established from the previous Thought, that we can have power to prevail over all situations in life, with God. But the question now is: how do I access the power? At this junction however, we must understand that, God had given us the power according to the scripture (Luke 10:19), but what we need now is the access to the power. The Word of God is the power of God (Romans 1:16). God upholds all things by the Word of His power (Hebrews 1:3). Therefore, from the Today's scripture, if we care to find God, what we engage is our hearts and not our heads.
Meanwhile, head knowledge of God leads to frustration at the face of situation and challenges of life, but heart-filled knowledge of God brings about transformation via the revelation. Head knowledge is just mere information but heart knowledge is revelation. Revelation is the cure for every frustration in life. It is what God reveals to you that reveals you to your world. It is what God shows you that makes you a show piece and gives you something to show. Power to get wealth is in the Word of God (Deuteronomy 8:18); power for triumph is in the Word of God (2 Corinthians 2:14); healing power is in the Word of God ( Psalm 107:20). Only those that seek God early with their hearts, see His power and glory in life (Psalm 63:1-2). You must engage all your heart in search for God through His Word daily, in order to find God and when you find Him, you find His power. It takes God's power to prevail in life.
Ponder on this: Those That Seek God by Searching His Word Encounter The Prevailing Power of God!
