Today's Thought: Spiritual Understanding for Outstanding Status!
"But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it ; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty (Matthew 13:23 KJV).
In life, attainment, achievement, placement and status, is not about degrees but about depth of your understanding. It is good understanding that procures favour, according to Proverbs 13:15. Spiritual understanding will give a man unusual outstanding in life. Daniel was ten times better than his mates, during his own time, in Babylon. The same set Joseph on the throne as a Prime Minister, even from the prison. That's why we must pursue it, because it makes life better and places higher; while lack of it can make life bitter and battered. Your own life, will from today, be better and higher than others, in Jesus Christ name.
However, how do we get Spiritual Understanding, that will give us Outstanding Status, in life? The scripture above gives the answer: (i) hear the Word of God, (ii) understand the Word (iii) bear fruit of the Word, (iv) then you will bring forth: to the degree of your understanding. The Word of God is the Spirit of God, called the Spirit of Understanding that commands Outstanding Status in Life. Give place to the Word of God daily, it will impart you with Spiritual Understanding, to Command Outstanding Status in Life. You must stand out in life. Be Wise!
