Today's Thought: Good Courage for Great Carriage

"Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them" (Joshua 1:6 KJV).

In life, the more your Courage, the farther your carriage. Courage is: the inner strength to bear things; to face challenges fearlessly. Courage paralyses fear. The presence of fear is the lack of courage. It is not by size but by inner strength. Courage is not overnight, it is over time. In today's thought, God Almighty told Joshua, be strong and of good courage, having given him his life purpose. Finding purpose is not the ultimate in life, but building courage to carry through to fulfillment. What keeps a man going despite challenges, is courage. Men of good courage are men of great carriage; they never bow to confrontations in life.

As seen from this chapter of the scripture, good courage determines great carriage. Good courage is built from the Word of God, based on verse 8. If your Courage is built on the everlasting Word of God, it will outlast every challenge of life. God upholds all things by the Word of His power ( Hebrews 1:3). The Word you received and believed, you are empowered to become. "But they that wait upon the Lord (Word), shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). Build your Courage on the everlasting Word of God, you will be empowered with good courage, that will enhance your great carriage in life. Waiting on the Word daily is building up courage!

Ponder on this: Your Courage determines Your Carriage in Life!

Remember: BUILD YOUR COURAGE ON THE EVERLASTING WORD OF GOD, YOU WILL BE EMPOWERED WITH GOOD COURAGE, THAT WILL ENHANCE YOUR GREAT CARRIAGE IN LIFE. Have a glorious weekend.
